2021-2022 OUTSTANDING SUPPORT EMPLOYEE

Leslie King was selected as our 2021-2022 Outstanding Support Employee.  As a veteran, Leslie learned the importance of helping others.  She went on to work for seven years as an EMT before coming to work at EBE as a special education paraprofessional.  Since that time she has decided to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education.  Leslie’s favorite quote is by Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”  She uses this quote to guide her life and hopes that she can always make people feel loved, heard, and important!
